No definite date for the rebid.** The proposed work consists of but is not limited to: Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, transportation and supervision required to complete in kind the replacement of flange bolts/nuts, recoating of floors, replacement of 7 pipe stands and base plates, recoating all pipe stands and base plates, recoating of all piping in the filter room excluding raw water piping, and minor ceiling repairs and repainting in the Jackson Township MUA, Hyson WTP filter gallery as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a maximum of $20,000.00. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids, Question Deadline 11/06/2025 No oral interpretation shall be made to any bidder as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents nor be effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents.
