Site work for a water / sewer project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct Storm Sewer & Power Relocation - Section I for Sanitary and Improvement District 630, Douglas County, Nebraska, according to the plans and specifications on file. The work consists of tasks such as saw cutting, removing curb inlets, repairing pavement (both small and large areas), subgrade preparation, removing and replacing faulty subgrade, drilling and grouting tie bars, constructing storm sewer pipes and inlets, installing curb inlet protection, removing and constructing various electrical infrastructure elements, and payment for work performed by OPPD, with estimated quantities provided for each item. All proposals must be submitted on bid forms provided and include a bid bond or certified check in the specified amount as security. Proposals must be sealed and marked with the project name and bidder's information, with bid security in a separate sealed envelope. No proposals may be withdrawn for sixty days after bids are opened. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for purchase. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
