Site work and paving for a road / highway in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform the 2026 Street Reconstruction for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 225, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications and at the locations shown on the detailed drawings now on file. The work consists essentially of: repair pavement (large area, Type OPW 4000) – 1,167 SY, repair pavement (small area, Type OPW 4000) – 316 SY, saw cut existing pavement (full depth) – 1,659 LF, remove and replace faulty subgrade – 25 TN, and adjust manhole to grade – 5 EA. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by E & A Consulting Group, Inc., and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than $6,845.00, payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 225. The bid security must be in a separate sealed envelope marked "BID SECURITY" and attached to the Proposal envelope. No proposal may be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid opening. The awarded contractor must provide a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. Copies of plans and specifications must be obtained at E & A Consulting Group, Inc. upon payment of $45.00. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
