Site work for a water / sewer project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for all labor, tools, materials, and equipment needed for the construction of Outfall Sewer - Section II for Sanitary and Improvement District 623 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as specified in the plans and specifications. The work consists essentially of site clearing and grubbing, curb and sidewalk work, pavement repair, fence reinstallation, aggregate surface work, sewer pipe installation, manhole construction, trench stabilization, dewatering, soil re-spreading, seeding, and other related tasks for the outlined sewer project. Bidders must submit proposals on forms provided by E & A Consulting Group, Inc., accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than $60,500. Proposals should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked for the project, with bid security attached separately. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the District, and the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities is reserved. All work is to be performed in accordance with the established plans and specifications, with all relevant documents available at E & A Consulting Group, Inc.
