Demolition for a residential development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.

City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies for all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications for demolition services. Bidders must meet SEB reserve requirements. Non-registered SEB bidders may submit, but their bids will only be considered if no SEB authorized bids are received. Each site will be awarded individually. The bidder is required to provide a bid bond from a surety licensed in Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the U.S. Department of Treasury, or acceptable substitutes such as a certified check, official bank check, cashier's check, cash, or U.S. Government Bond. Letters of credit are not acceptable. The bid bond must be based on the individual site with the highest bid amount of $50,000 or more. Copies of bid bonds/substitutes must be uploaded with the response, and originals must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date.
