No definite date for rebid.** Metro seeks qualified vendors to provide and install ten (10) office cubicle workstations to support evolving workspace demands and enhance operational efficiency. The vendor is responsible for turnkey installation, including: - Providing ten (10) modular office cubicle workstations configured by Metro's floor plan and installation layout. - Including a modular wall system that defines and separates individual workspaces, allowing both privacy and visual continuity. - Ensuring all workstation components are interchangeable and compatible with future modifications, expansions, or reconfigurations without requiring major reconstruction. - Meeting all relevant local, state, and federal regulations (ADA accessibility, OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes). - Incorporating integrated electrical and data routing through internal wall cavities, raceways, or base channels for safe, concealed connectivity, with provisions for future technology upgrades and current Metro IT standards for network integration. - Visible surfaces of walls and worksurfaces should be neutral grey, blue grey, or grey stone coloring. - Installing six (6) cubicles on the main floor and four (4) cubicles on the lower level. - Supplying all labor, materials, mounting hardware, fasteners, and structural supports necessary for a complete and stable installation. - Ensuring electrical and data systems are fully connected, tested, and verified operational before project close-out. - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment with minimal disruption to Metro operations, and coordinating with Metro's facility management staff for access, scheduling, and staging. - Performing a final walk-through with Metro representatives to verify compliance, functionality, and workmanship before acceptance.
