Site work for a water / sewer project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

This project involves siphon and adjacent sewer replacement, sewer rehabilitation, surface restoration, and creek channel stabilization. Bidders must submit an Economic Sustainability Program Plan (ESP). The project qualifies for Apprentice utilization, and contractors may attach an Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision (optional). A bid bond is required from a surety company licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond include a certified check, an official bank check, a cashier's check drawn on a national or state-chartered bank, payable to the City of Omaha, or lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond (negotiable). Letters of credit are not acceptable and will be cause for rejection of the bid. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute must be uploaded with the bid, and the original document must be received by City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street LC-1, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, NE 68183, within seven calendar days of the closing date and time.
