Site work for a transportation facility in Clare, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
As of January 21, 2026, bids came in over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. The City of Clare is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide labor and materials for the installation of fencing and appurtenances, including gates and cattle guards as appropriate per specified regulations, along designated boundaries of the Clare Municipal Airport. The installation must comply with FAA Item F-164 Wildlife Exclusion Fence regulations. Two separate proposals are requested, each including all elements of work stipulated in the specifications. Proposals must be signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the specified project name by the stated deadline. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or portions thereof.
