Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodland Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the maintenance work for the Great Notch Reservoir Dam as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Each submission must be provided on standardized forms supplied in the submission package and cannot be altered. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq., Ownership Disclosure Notice (P.L. 1977, c 33) N.J.S.A. 52:24.1, and Affirmative Action Requirements (P.L. 1975 c 127) N.J.S.A. 10:5-32, as well as other applicable state laws. The successful bidder is required to comply with prevailing local minimum wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive minor informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
