Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Woodland Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The bidder must bring the matters referenced above to the attention of the County's Purchasing Agent in writing by no later than 1:00pm, ten (10) business days before the bid opening date. The project consists of the removal of the existing basketball court and the construction of a new full regulation-size basketball court with an asphalt surface and color coat system. Work includes installation of two new basketball goals and an 8-foot vinyl-coated chain link fence with gates surrounding the court. Additional site improvements include construction of modular block retaining wall, reconstruction of the existing drive access, installation of concrete/granite curb, and drainage improvements as required. The project will also provide ADA-compliant improvements including an ADA parking space and an accessible pathway connecting the parking lot to the basketball court and picnic area. Site amenities will include benches (up to four), picnic tables with concrete pads (up to three), split rail fencing, landscaping, and site signage. Replacement of basketball court surface and related site work.
