This Request for Proposals is issued by Christian County Public Schools to solicit proposals from qualified individuals and organizations ("Offerors") to furnish furniture, equipment, and additional items through Procurement State Master Agreements and/or Procurement Cooperatives for the new Christian County High School and to provide additional services related to those items including assembly and installation of said items, providing education and training to Owner's employees related to the use of said items, and removal of any trash or other debris resulting from the items being provided. Christian County Public Schools is utilizing competitive negotiation in accordance with KRS 45A.085 because sealed bidding is not practicable due to the nature of items and services needed. Offerors are advised that any contract resulting from this RFP must comply with all applicable provisions of KRS Chapter 45A (Kentucky Model Procurement Code) and other statutes and policies noted in this RFP. Christian County Public Schools' policies and procedures for procurement are fully incorporated by reference into this RFP. A copy of these policies may be obtained from the office of Christian County Public Schools upon request at a cost not to exceed the cost of reproduction. Proposals shall be considered by Owner to determine which Proposals have met the general conditions of the RFP and are susceptible for award. The technical Proposals for those offers determined susceptible for award shall be evaluated and reviewed by Owner in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP. Upon review of the evaluations and scores, Owner shall notify Offerors of the highest evaluated Proposals to schedule interviews with said Offerors. Based on the evaluations and interviews, Owner shall conduct negotiations and after successful negotiations are concluded, Owner shall award a Contract in accordance with the award methodology stated in the RFP.
