Furnish and deliver water and wastewater treatment chemicals. Bidders must complete bid responses on the standard proposal forms, enclose them in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the bid number and title on the outside, and address to the Purchasing Agent. Any bid addenda will be issued on the Township website and it is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
