Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide bids for Rooftop Units and VAV unit replacements All written requests for clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 PM on Wednesday Nov 14, 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing through the online platform. RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the opening of the bids. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
