Renovation of an educational facility in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Project: Miraleste Intermediate School Girl's Locker Room ceiling/soffit repairs and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Qualifying licensed contractors must possess a valid and active Class A General Engineering or B General Building Contractor license at the time of bid and throughout the duration of the contract. Bids must be delivered to the PVPUSD Purchasing Department, using the forms provided, and must strictly conform with and be responsive to this Notice Inviting Bids and other Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract if awarded. The contract time is ninety (90) calendar days, not to exceed 3 months after the signed agreement. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any combination of bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities that may be legally waived.
