Site work and paving for a road / highway in Homer, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for approximately 0.84 miles of recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing on Wrights Mill Road. The project includes patching, resurfacing, striping, and shoulder filling. All work must be performed in accordance with the project plans, special provisions, the latest edition of the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, applicable Supplemental Specifications, and the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The work will be awarded as one contract. Instructions to bidders, bid forms, contract agreement, drawings, specifications, and required bond forms are available for examination and acquisition from the designated county office. No bids will be accepted after the due date and time. The bid opening will occur at the indicated location and time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
