Bids are requested for gravel hauling by the ton for Banks County for Calendar Year 2026. Bidders must state the price per ton for hauling gravel. The contract term will be for 12 months, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Gravel is to be delivered within 24 hours of contact, and once work has started, it must proceed continuously until completed. The bid cannot be transferred, assigned, or subcontracted. The County reserves the right to obtain hauling services from any other source in case of emergency. Minimum qualifications for all bidders must be submitted at the time of bid opening, including proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount.
