Annual Generator Preventive Maintenance Provide a written and digital document of the exact tasks that will be completed with each inspection on the generators. The tasks for the generators shall include the following but are not limited to these. Below is what we currently have on site. 1. Two Generac 1000KW generators (Two diesel engines each) with 660-gallon diesel tanks for our terminal. a. Serial # 2114198 b. Serial # 2114243 2. Kohler 200KW Natural gas for our Parking Deck. a. Serial # 564940 3. Cummins 600KW with 2000-gallon diesel tank for our airfield lighting a. Serial # B0406055122 4. Generac 350KW which is natural gas a. Serial # 3006387292 Written Inquiries Accepted Through October 31, 2025 Target Award Date November/December Insurance: The selected Contractor shall procure, at its expense, and keep in full force and effect at all times during the term of the contract, the types and amounts of insurance specified herein and in Appendix A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Quote Due Date and the RFQ Schedule. All changes or clarifications to the schedule will be distributed to all registered Proponents in the form of addenda.
