All Bidders Shall Have General Liability and Workmans Compensation Insurance. A Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Birmingham City Schools in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000.00, Must Accompany the Bidder's Sealed Proposal.
