Prime Consultant Services for Rimbey Provincial Building - HVAC Replacement. The objective of the project is to replace the boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, unit heaters, exhaust fans, chiller, condenser, piping, VAV boxes, BMCS and AHU with new modern equipment that improves energy efficiency, system reliability, occupant comfort, and long-term maintainability. TIMELINE: Planning and design work to commence shortly. Construction start is planned for the third quarter of 2026. Further update may be available in Spring.
