Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
Project Name: Recycling Center Roof Replacement. Location: 1102 N. Long Street, Salisbury, North Carolina 28144. Owner: Rowan County. All bidders must be properly licensed under the applicable state laws. Bid security of not less than 5% of the gross amount of the bid is required. Both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of the contract are required. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Engineer, REI Engineers, Inc., by email to the Project Manager no later than 5:00 PM at least 7 days prior to the bid due date. Rowan County reserves the right to award and/or reject any and/or all bids and waive any technicalities or irregularities.
