Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,990-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 10,990-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Sealed bids will be received by Headwaters Construction Company, acting as CM/GC for Madison School District, for the performance of the following work: Grounds & Maintenance Building - Bid Package #1. This project consists of a new grounds and maintenance facility of approximately 10,990 sf, which includes open space with overhead doors on both ends of the building, with a central area dedicated to office and storage. Bid Package #1 will include procurement of the metal building. Other trades will be solicited as part of a forthcoming bid package. To be eligible to provide a bid on this project, each subcontractor must have an active Idaho Public Works license with a sufficient bid limit at the time of proposal. Headwaters Construction Company and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality.
