Renovation of a municipal facility in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
**As of December 2, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 3, 2025.** The project consists of the replacement of the HVAC system in the Tabernacle Civic Center. Separate sealed bids are being sought for this work. Bids will be received at City of Rexburg City Hall. Attendance at a mandatory prebid meeting at the Tabernacle Civic Center is required for all bidders. There is a $25.00 fee for obtaining a physical copy of the contract documentation, which may be obtained at City Hall or viewed online. The City reserves the right to reject all proposals or any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the bid documents.
