Site work and paving for a civil project in Colebrookdale Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade road / highway.
Bid proposals are invited for the Earl Township Sunset Hill Road Storm Sewer and Road Widening Project. The scope includes installation of 277 linear feet of 15-inch RCP, seven inlet boxes, six endwalls, 534 square yards of road widening, temporary pavement restoration, removal of existing pipes and structures, and other incidental work as specified. Bids must be submitted through the PennBID system using the contract documents provided. Required bid package documents are a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the bid, workman's compensation affidavit, insurance certificate, CDL compliance certificate, public works verification form, and anti-collusion affidavit. A performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract price and a payment bond are required within 20 days after contract award. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable. Earl Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in bids received.
