Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fish Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 9,000-square-foot, one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work will include the following approximate quantities and items: 1,200 linear feet of storm sewer, 900 linear feet of watermain, 7 manholes, 2,200 linear feet of curb and gutter, 9,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 1,200 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 150 square feet of concrete steps, 370 linear feet of concrete retaining walls, and 100 linear feet of decorative metal railing. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Complete digital project bidding documents can be downloaded at www.cedarcorp.com or www.questcdn.com. Reference QuestCDN Project Number 9912778 for a non-refundable charge. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Town of Gibraltar reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
