Demolition and site work for a service station / car wash facility in Newark, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
The work consists of underground fuel storage tank removal and disposal for CIP Project 1310.FY2025 for the City of Newark, Alameda County, California. Bidders are instructed to submit bids in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked with the Bidder's name, address, the notation "SEALED BID ENCLOSED, CITY OF NEWARK" along with the project name, project number, and bid date. If sent by mail, the sealed bid envelope must be placed inside a separate mailing envelope or box, also marked accordingly. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Public Works Department-Engineering Division counter at 37101 Newark Boulevard, David W. Smith City Hall, First Floor, Newark, California 94560 before the specified bid closing time.
