Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals are requested for a Parks & Recreation Master Plan for the City of Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation Department. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's Online E-Procurement portal system (Euna Procurement, powered by IonWave). Email, fax, or hard copy submittals are not acceptable. Suppliers are solely responsible for correctly submitting their response into the electronic system. The City is not responsible for delays or errors in submission by the Supplier. Proposals can be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals; however, no proposal may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the closing time. Proposal results will be sent to all companies that submitted a proposal after an award is made. Proposal results will not be provided over the phone or prior to award. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: The proposal must not be longer than twenty-five (25) numbered 8-1/2 x 11-inch pages, except for the project schedule which may be presented in 11 x 17-inch format. The letter of transmittal, any front or back covers, and the separately submitted cost proposals do not count toward the 25 page limit. Proposals shall not include any preprinted or promotional materials. Proposals exceeding 25 pages will not be considered. Please send questions via email to buylocal@cedar-rapids.org
