Site work and paving for a road / highway in University Place, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
The City of University Place is seeking consulting firms with expertise in surveying services for the Preliminary Engineering phase of the 70th Ave W Phase 2 Project. The project includes constructing curb, gutter, sidewalk, landscaped buffer, bike lane, street lighting, flashing pedestrian crossing beacons, pavement marking, pedestrian/bicycle amenities, and speed feedback signs within the project limits. The consultant's work consists of providing a full topographic survey of the project limits within the existing Right of Way and 50 feet of all side roads, providing a CAD file in Civil 3D with points, and supplying a stamped hard copy of the topographic survey. The consultant will also determine the existing right of way boundary within the project limits. Firms must not expect to be engaged for any phase beyond this scope.
