The City of University Place solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in surveying services for the Preliminary Engineering phase of the 67th Ave W Phase 3 Project. The work to be performed consists of providing a full topographic survey of the project limits within the existing right of way and 50 feet of all side roads, providing a CAD file in Civil 3D with points, and providing a stamped hard copy of the topographic survey. The work also includes determining the existing right of way boundary within the project limits. The selected firm will not be used for any other phase of the project. Submittals should include firm name, contact information, principal-in-charge and project manager's names, and numbers of employees proposed for the project, as well as descriptions of relevant company and personnel experience. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on key personnel qualifications, firm experience with federally funded transportation projects, ability to meet schedule, project approach, familiarity with relevant codes and standards, and past performance/references. Submit four copies of the Statement of Qualifications. No submissions will be accepted after the specified date and time. The consultant will be held to ADA and Civil Rights language for the Local Agency. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond.
