Reference Number 0000403385 Bid Intent Not Available This request for proposal is for the design of several necessary improvements at Erie's North Water Reclamation facility. The goal of this Phase is to define the design criteria and pipeline outfall alignments. After the outfall alignment is defined, prepare preliminary construction plans for: the outfall pipelines, Effluent Flow Meter, Sample Station Reuse pump, HVAC upgrades, and new Bar screen and Blower. This will require assessment of existing available information necessary to define outfall alignments, right-of-way, floodplain permitting requirements, utility conflicts, identify existing property ownership and recommend easement or property acquisition requirements, environmental and permitting issues and requirements that will have to be studied and further developed in the final design phase of the project.
