The work to be completed for the FY 2025 TSPLOST Paving Improvements consists of, but is not limited to, approximately 45,620 square yards of asphalt milling; 3,100 tons of 9.5mm asphalt pavement; 4,550 tons of open graded interlayer (OGI); 12 manhole frame and cover adjustments to grade; 16 valve box adjustments to grade; driveway apron adjustments; pavement striping, and other associated work. Instructions to bidders include: - Bids must be sealed and submitted by the specified deadline. - Bidders must be properly licensed by the State of Georgia. - A bid bond or certified cashier's check amounting to no less than 5% of the base bid must accompany all bids. - Bid, performance, and payment bonds must meet specified rating and financial strength criteria. - Digital plans, specifications, and contract documents are available online, and the bidder must be on record as having officially received these documents. - The project will be funded through TSPLOST funds. - All necessary permits are expected to be secured before the bid date. - The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for reasons including, but not limited to, non-responsiveness or bidder qualifications.
