Qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing roof at the Old Grove Park Bathhouse. Work includes removal/disposal to decking, decking repairs (unit price), underlayment and flashing, and installation of GAF Timberline HDZ (or approved equal) shingles with hand-sealed hip and ridge caps, in accordance with the specifications. Anticipated Start / Duration: On or about November 20, 2025; substantial completion within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed, weather permitting. The selected respondent will furnish the City with this bond within 5 days of being awarded the contract. The successful bidder shall furnish both a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract value. Bonds shall be issued by a surety licensed in the State of Connecticut and listed on the U.S. Treasury Circular 570. The bonds shall be delivered to the City within ten (10) business days of the Notice of Award and prior to contract execution.
