Vendor shall provide repairs to West Haven Emergency Generators to restore reliability and address deficiencies identified during major preventive maintenance inspections. Services include supplying all parts, labor, and proper disposal of spent fluids and hazardous materials. Specific tasks involve replacing air filters and adding coolant conditioner additive for Generator #1 in GB1; performing coolant system flush, installing new coolant, and replacing thermostat and gaskets for Generator #1 in GB2; similar services for Generator #2 in GB2 along with replacing fan belts, belt guard, and sight glass in the radiator; replacing brittle fuel line for Generator #19; replacing batteries, fan belts, and belt guard for Generator #20; replacing block heater and hoses for Generator #30; replacing batteries and installing coolant inhibitor additive for the trailer-mounted Kohler; replacing batteries for the Fisher House Generator; and bringing in a Bluestar-trained technician to troubleshoot alarm issues and provide a detailed repair plan for the spare Bluestar unit.
