Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Brigham City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
Provide lump sum bids for the supply and installation of a new 12,000-gallon diesel tank for Construction phase as per Engineer drawings and specifications. The package will be awarded using a low bid best Value selection process. Construction will begin December 1, 2025, and be completed by June 30, 2026. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $250.00 for each calendar day that the project is delayed based on the project schedule for each trade. Bidding documents will be available October 29, 2025, through the office of DWA Construction, Inc., and bidders will be limited to one set of documents, which will not be available to keep for the duration of the bidding. No partial sets of documents will be issued. Plans will be available for viewing at the specified locations. Upon receipt of a contract exceeding $50,000.00, the successful Contractor may be required to furnish to the Owner a 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid bond will be required for this project. DWA Construction, Inc. and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in any bid or in the bidding.
