Remodeling of a detention facility in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a two-story above grade, one-story below grade detention facility.
Architectural services are required to complete design services for the renovation of shower facilities at Shantz Hall, which consists of 2 floors and a basement level. Each residential unit has three-bedroom wings, with a total of 12-bedroom wings having identical shower room layouts. The existing layout consists of 2 showers with direct corridor access and an adjacent bathroom. The project designer must survey the existing renovation space to develop a plan for the renovation of the showers and replacement of the bathroom floors, as well as any related design work and development of a cost estimate for construction at the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center in St. Peter, Minnesota.
