Renovation of a civil project in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
One (1) Duplex Lift Station Control Panel, 240Vac, 3-ph., 3-w., 60Hz., UL508 labeled, Nema 3R, stainless steel, painted white interior, free standing with 18" vented skirts & generator cam locks for installation in place of the existing Kasota Lift Station Control Panel. Proposed panel shall be complete with mechanically interlocked 100A Main utility circuit breaker, and 100A Emergency circuit breaker for generator cam locks, power distribution blocks, surge arrestor, phase monitor, two (2) 5HP Full Voltage Non Reversing Motor Starters (FVNR), thermostatically controller heater, load center, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), UPS bypass circuit, Programmable Logic Controller, PanelView Plus 7 700 Operator Interface Terminal (OIT), cellular radio, ethernet switch, float backup control circuitry, relays, timers, exterior alarm light, indicator lights, selector switches, feeder breakers, intrinsically safe barriers, seal/motor hot relays (if required, relays supplied by pump supplier installed by ASC and customer terminal blocks. Proposed panel shall include the following for separate mounting: _ Two (2) Float Switches, supplied with adequate length of cable for installation in the wet well. _ One (1) Submersible Level Transducer, supplied with an adequate length of cable for installation in the wet well. Please note, engineered drawings will be submitted for review and approval before production. B C One (1) Portable Generator with Light Tower, 23kW, diesel powered, with, 480/277VAC 3-phase, 208/120VAC 3 phase, 240/120VAC single phase selectable ability, LCD controller, powder coated enclosure, and outriggers for use with the above lift station control panel. One (1) Professional Services, to included but not limited to the following: 1. Field Services as necessary to remove the existing control panel, floats, and submersible level transducer. 2. Field Services as necessary to install the new control panel, floats, and submersible level transducer. 3. Programming services for the above duplex lift station PLC, OIT and cellular radio. 4. Programming services as needed to configure the existing cellular radio to communicate with the above lift station. 5. Programming services as necessary to create graphics, trends, and alarms on the existing WWTF SCADA master for wet well level, Pump No. 1 Running, Pump No. 2 Running, High Level Alarm, Low Level Alarm, Pump No. 1 Failure, Pump No. 2 Failure, Power Failure, and Communications Failure. 6. Startup services to verify the above installation is functioning as intended. 7. Training services for city staff on the above lift station and generator. Clarifications _ Net price for Items A through C, FOB factory with freight allowed to jobsite including one (1) year warranty from date of startup (not to exceed 18 months from date of shipment) _ Work to be completed at both the Kasota Lift Station 44025 Rabbit Rd, and the Saint Peter Wastewater Treatment Facility 400 W St. Julien St., both in St. Peter MN, 56082. _ Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 177.41 to 177.44 and corresponding Minnesota Rules 5200.1000 to 5200.1120, this work is subject to the prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Direct proposals to Curtis Thompson at curtist@saintpetermn.gov or mail to 405 W St Julien Street, Saint Peter, MN 56082.
