As of October 10, 2025. this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Saint Peter Community Center Electrical Infrastructure and Transfer Switch Replacement Questions regarding these specifications shall be made to the City of Saint Peters Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at 507-351-7942. If the questions are material in nature, written instructions shall be issued to all vendors via the Citys website. The Contractor shall supply, install, and commission a new closed-transition automatic transfer switch system, consolidating the existing three open transfer switches. The scope includes re configuring electrical feeds for the Community Center, Library, and Chiller; removing all existing outdated ATS units; installing a new emergency systems transfer switch; providing new service equipment including a generator docking station; updating electrical wiring for the building as needed; and installing sub metering equipment for energy tracking. The Contractor will obtain all required permits, ensure full compliance with applicable codes, and coordinate system integration with the existing generator in accordance with the detailed specifications. Contractor personnel must comply with OSHA standards, including wearing all required safety equipment. All procedures and equipment shall comply with the latest NEC and OSHA safety regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive defects in the proposals, and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City.
