Seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide all material and labor required to complete the roof replacement work as detailed in the specifications and attachments L through L-1. Contractor responsibilities include ensuring that any equipment or vehicles placed on the work site do not interfere with emergency vehicle access or public traffic, notifying the project manager immediately if asbestos is discovered for containment or abatement, and making the project manager the primary point of contact. All requests for changes or decisions must be submitted to the project manager in writing. Upon completion, the contractor must submit specified forms to the project manager, which will be provided by the agency if requested Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 11-19-2025.
