The work consists of providing condition assessment and improvement recommendations for the Folsom Water Treatment Plant and all water Booster Pump Station Facilities. The purpose of the assessment is to identify and prioritize the condition of each asset, evaluate its remaining serviceable life, and recommend alternatives including repair, replacement in kind, and incorporation into the City’s Capital Improvement Program. The assessment should also identify all costs (including design and construction) for each alternative to correct deficiencies. Proposals must include all required information and forms as stipulated. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring timely and accurate proposal submission. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the process.
