Renovation of a residential development in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

On all roof sections 3/12 pitch or greater, remove existing roof down to the decking. Protect the attic from debris. Any new decking needed shall match the existing dimension. Any new framing shall be to code. Recover the entire roof with the #30 felt paper and 25-year Tamko or equal asphalt seal down shingles. Install new drip edge, metal flashing, and counter flashing at all intersections and new plumbing vent boots. Install new "Cor-a-vent" ridge vent with ridge caps or approve equal. Assure the area around the home is free from debris as much as possible when complete. Owner to choose an in-stock roof color. Provide all necessary material to complete this work. 2. Install new white 6-inch seamless gutters on the home with all new white downspouts. The new gutters are to be hung using hidden hangers. The new downspouts are to empty onto new concrete splash blocks and divert the rainwater away from the foundation. Include all materials and labor to complete a leak free installation. 3. Replace the doorknob on the existing front exterior door. The new doorknob is to match the existing style as close as possible and be keyed to match the existing dead bolt. Install new weather strip around the front interior door to seal out inclement weather. Install a new full-view black storm door on the existing front door. Allow $325 for the new storm door. Include any materials and labor needed to complete. General contractors can self-perform or have a team of subcontractors to execute the work. Basic photographs of the work are included in the Scope of Work document. Additional photos may be available upon request. A Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond shall be submitted with the bid and a One hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond shall be delivered to the owner within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded. The Board of Public Works and Department of Metropolitan Development reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process.
