Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all materials and performing all labor according to provided drawings and specifications for the Lodge Community School Second Floor Renovation and HVAC Upgrades Project 2026 at 2000 Lodge Ave., Evansville, Indiana. Proposals must be submitted on specified forms, accompanied by required financial statements, certified checks or surety bonds, and must meet all local licensing, drug policy, MBE/WBE utilization, and E-Verification requirements. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety days after opening. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects or informalities as deemed in its best interest. . INTERPRETATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS If any person contemplating the submitting of a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans and/or specifications, he may submit to the Architect a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery. Any interpretation of such plans and/or specifications will be made only by addendum, duly issued, and a copy of such addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person or bidder receiving a set of plans and specifications from the Architect. Neither the Owner nor the Architect will be responsible for any other interpretations or explanations of such plans and/or specifications which anyone presumes to make on behalf of the Owner prior to the ultimate date set for the receipt of bids.
