The Pender Airport Authority (Sponsor) is hereby soliciting Statement of Qualifications from consultants for airfield development projects that are anticipated to occur within the next five Federal fiscal years 2026 to 2030 at the Pender Municipal Airport (0C4) located near Pender, Nebraska. Subject to receipt of Federal funding and/or State funding, these projects may include the following: 1. FY2026 Remove and Replace Runway 15/33 Lighting and PAPIs, Install REILs. Estimated Construction Cost $500,000. 2. FY2028 Install Perimeter Fencing. Estimated Construction Cost $330,000. 3. Construct Box Hangar. Estimated Construction Cost $650,000. 4. Pavement rehabilitation (Apron and Hangar Taxilanes) $880,000 5. Construct Partial Parallel Taxiway 6. Light Parallel Taxiway 7. Airfield lighting improvements 8. Hangar Improvements These projects have been developed from the Sponsors Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), prepared with assistance from the NDOT Division of Aeronautics.
