Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000403540 Installing pre-insulated HDPE water mains including approximately 680 linear feet of 12-inch, 250 linear feet of 8-inch, and 60 linear feet of 6-inch branch main lines with 4 fire hydrants. This project also includes the installation of approximately 1130 linear feet of water services with associated curb stops, service appurtenances, and connection to existing services. Eight (8) sewer manholes will be rehabilitated to meet District standards. All disturbed roadway and parking lots along Main Gore Place and Vail Racquet Club, approximately 15,000 square feet, will be fully reconstructed. Excavation dewatering and permitting will be required.
