Site work and paving for a road / highway in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The estimated budget is $400,00 to $450,000. A 2-inch mill and asphalt overlay on local neighborhood roads in Vail, using approximately 1,500 tons of asphalt. The work is located on Westhaven Drive, Westhaven Circle, and Greenhill Court, and shall be completed between May 4, 2026, and October 2, 2026. Submit one PDF electronic copy of the Bid to cdelles@vail.gov. Questions must be directed in writing by email. Final questions and answers will be sent to pre-qualified bidders who requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project. No Addenda will be issued later than March 16, 2026, except for addenda needed to postpone the Bid date or withdraw the Invitation for Bids. Pre-qualification requirements: Final questions and answers will only be sent to pre-qualified bidders who have requested Drawings and Specifications for the Project. Any questions concerning this Request for Bids shall be directed IN WRITING ONLY to the Town by E-MAIL: cdelles@vail.gov.
