Site work for a water / sewer project in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed generally includes all work and material associated with upgrading and installation of new watermains and water services in Geneva Drive, Matterhorn Circle, and Upper Matterhorn Circle, and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer, manholes, and sewer service laterals in Geneva Drive, along with all civil work, site restoration, and revegetation. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the stated deadline. Each bid must include a cashier's check or bid bond as required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance, payment, and warranty bond. Attendance at the mandatory prebid conference is required for bid consideration. Additional requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the Instructions to Bidders found in the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Owner and engineer in writing or email. Replies will be issued only by Addenda. Question Deadline 06/05/2026
