The work to be performed generally includes all work and material associated with upgrading and installation of new watermains and water services in Geneva Drive, Matterhorn Circle, and Upper Matterhorn Circle, and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer, manholes, and sewer service laterals in Geneva Drive, along with all civil work, site restoration, and revegetation. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the stated deadline. Each bid must include a cashier's check or bid bond as required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance, payment, and warranty bond. Attendance at the mandatory prebid conference is required for bid consideration.
