The construction work includes park related improvements including site electrical systems, concrete paving, concrete unit pavers, snowmelt system, stone masonry, site lighting, irrigation, and landscape improvements for the Vail Village commercial core. Work is to be performed on Gore Creek Promenade Park adjacent to the International Bridge. Contract Award August 5, 2025 Site Work Preferred Start: September 2, 2025 Winter Construction Break November 15, 2025 - April 27, 2026 Project Completion June 26, 2026. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
