Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, clearing site and mobilization, traffic control, brush removal, drainage improvements, concrete curb, bikeway construction, landscaping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, performed in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Estimated quantities include approximately 1,145 LF 6" HDPE Underdrain, 2 Unit Storm Cleanout, 1 Unit Connect to Existing Inlet, 30 LF 6"x8"x18" Concrete Vertical Curb, 1,400 SY Porous Asphalt Bikeway, 18 SY Reinforced Concrete Sidewalk, 10 SY Concrete Sidewalk, and other incidental construction including restoration. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form and in a sealed envelope marked with "Bid Proposal NORTH POST ROAD CONNECTION TO SOUTH POST ROAD BIKEWAY." A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Township of West Windsor, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount (but not to exceed $20,000.00) must accompany each proposal as security. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals in whole or in part or to waive minor informalities as permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements as specified.
