Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade road / highway.

The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. The Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, site clearing and mobilization, traffic control, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb replacement, ADA ramps, HMA milling and paving, base pavement repair, crosswalk reconstruction, signage, striping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 1,800 SY of concrete sidewalk, 2,700 LF of concrete curb, 2 solar powered bi-directional RRFB signs, 15,887 SY of 2" HMA Milling, 2,000 Tons of HMA Surface Course, and 5,000 SY of 5" Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement Repair. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form in a sealed envelope marked: Bid Proposal WOODMERE WAY ROADWAY RESURFACING. The Township encourages prospective bidders to submit their sealed proposals prior to the bid opening via certified mail or overnight delivery along with requiring a signature. A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of West Windsor in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00, must accompany each proposal as security. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals in whole or in part or to waive minor informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A FedEx number must be provided in order for West Windsor to ship the documents. Cash payments must be submitted in the exact amount.
