Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. The Base Bid includes but is not limited to site clearing and mobilization, traffic control, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb, ADA ramps, HMA Porous Asphalt Sidewalk, HMA milling and paving, crosswalk reconstruction, signage, striping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 80 SY of concrete sidewalk, 100 LF of concrete curb, 1,185 SY of HMA Porous Asphalt Sidewalk and 2 solar powered bi-directional RRFB signs. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form, in a sealed envelope marked with the project name. A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of West Windsor in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00, must accompany each proposal as a security. Bidders are required to comply with relevant legal requirements as specified.
