Description

Site work for a development in West Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a conservation development.

The work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all work set forth in the contract documents and provide turfgrass and stormwater detention basin maintenance for approximately 60 stormwater detention basins, open space lots, or median islands located throughout West Windsor Township between February 2026 and December 31, 2026. The tasks include mowing, mulching, pruning, cleaning, and similar maintenance activities for Township Open Space Public Lands. Bids and costs are to be submitted for three years, as the contract may be renewed annually for up to two additional years, subject to the Township's decision. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form, in a sealed envelope marked appropriately. A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid (not to exceed $20,000.00) must accompany each proposal. Bidders are required to comply with applicable legal requirements. The Township reserves the right to reject all proposals or waive minor informalities as allowed by law.
