The City of Ammon Building Department is seeking bids from qualified Idaho journeyman electricians to provide electrical inspection services on an as-needed basis. These services will primarily be utilized to cover inspections during periods when in-house inspectors are out of the office due to vacation, training, or other absences. Bids must be submitted in electronic (PDF) format via email to the City Clerk by the specified deadline. A professional firm may submit multiple bids if the services offered are different in each bid, and each bid will be evaluated separately. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid that best serves its interests, and may waive any informalities in the submittal process. Clarification questions must be submitted in writing, and it is the bidder's responsibility to check for addenda or updates. Any Questions or Requests for Clarification Related to This Request for Bids Must Be Submitted in Writing to Jdahm@cityofammon.us. Answers to Questions Shall Be Posted on the City's Website. It is the Bidder's Responsibility to Check the Website for Addenda. Answers Will Also Be Emailed Directly to All Parties Who Have Formally Requested a Bid Document Packet From the City Clerk.
